Release fear and anxiety about childbirth
Experience a calmer, more positive birth — at home, in a birth center, or hospital
Reduce the likelihood of interventions such as epidurals and C-sections
Build a stronger bond with your partner and your baby
Feel prepared, informed, and in control of your birth experience
Fear creates tension. Tension creates pain. HypnoBirthing breaks the fear–tension–pain cycle, allowing your body to do what it’s designed to do: birth your baby with calm and confidence.
Countless couples have walked this path before you, transforming their outlook on birth and choosing the environment that suits them best – whether it’s the comfort of home, a welcoming birth center, or their preferred hospital. Your journey can be just as remarkable.
Release fear, gain empowerment,
and welcome your baby with confidence, calm and joy.
This course is held over a weekend so you and your partner can be fully present, create space for each other, and gently prepare for this huge moment in your lives.
Learning about pregnancy and birth matters so much, and I want you to feel confident every step of the way. When you walk out of this HypnoBirthing weekend, my hope is that you feel informed, supported, and strong enough to move toward your birth with clarity and calm.
Both Saturday and Sunday, our sessions will kick off promptly at 10.30 am and wrap up around 5 pm, with a well-deserved one-hour lunch break in between.
