HypnoBirthing is a method that I’ve been teaching since 2015 in Italy. It uses 5 keystones to keep pain to a minimum during childbirth and offers a more peaceful and empowered birthing experience.
HypnoBirthing teaches amazing relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, visualization techniques, affirmations, self – hypnosis and hours of specific education. It introduces a level of calmness that allows for a more comfortable and easier birth. During the course you will learn to work with your body and allow it to do what it is so beautifully designed to do, birthing your baby!
Your birthing partner will be fully educated and confident in his ability to support you during labor and birth. Because my courses are held during the weekend, it allows you both to take this class together.
Carrying a baby is one of the biggest transformations during a woman’s life. Especially living abroad. An unknown and sacred journey from womanhood into motherhood without your tribe and dearest friends and family close by can feel alone and overwhelming.
Questions as ‘how am I able to plan and organize my pregnancy as if I would be in my home country are very valid questions that I can help you with.
