HypnoBirthing is a full and complete program in preparation for the rest of your pregnancy and birth. The biggest take aways are that the tools and information given, will help you to diminish fear, reach a state of calm, and stay focussed throughout the rest of your pregnancy and birth.
We all know that stress is challenging right now. This amazing course can help you and your partner minimise mental and physical stress, by giving you tools that you can apply immediately and wherever you need. Having access to such powerful tools gives you the strength and confidence to stay calm and relaxed when you wish to be.
We start on Saturday and Sunday morning at 10 am till about 1pm with a tea break in between.
Lunch from 1pm till 2pm
We continue at 2.15 till 5pm with a break in the afternoon.
Feel free to bring any type of snacks or bevarages you fancy besides the snacks and lunch offered by me. Please communicate any type of allergies or preferences regarding lunch (no meat, no fish, gluten free, etc) so that I can prepare a lunch that is lovely for everyone.
